Wisteria Lane Shipping and Return Policies

How do I place an order?
You are welcome to do so on our website www.wisterialane.com or email us and we can send you a paypal invoice if you prefer. info@wisterialane.com

Shipping Options: We ship UPS daily. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Our products are often very heavy. UPS calculator on the shopping cart can only get rates up to about 50 lbs. (that is also all we can fit in one box) thus there is another option where UPS charges are done after packing. We will ship the order UPS Ground and will not hold the order for a shipping ok. Please make sure to email us info@wisterialane.com for shipping before the order is placed if you are concerned about the amount. To find out more about our UPS Charges before you order click here

We also offer Volume Shipments (over 250 lbs of soap or liquids) by Truck. Please email us for a shipping quote info@wisterialane.com

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Sales Tax:
We are happy to make your account exempt from CA sales tax if you email us before you order but AFTER you have registered as a user. When you register with Wisteria Lane we can find and exempt your account before your first order. You are always welcome to email us at any time with your sellers permit number and we can exempt you in our system for future orders. Sorry, at this time we do not give refunds if you neglect to give us the information until after your order is submitted.



Decline of Additional Shipping Charge:
Often due to the high weight of our products, an option of UPS Ground shipping to be charged later will pop up in the cart during checkout. This rate will be calculated using UPS ground rates and will be charged before the order ships. If shipping is declined we will email asking if you wish to use another credit card. If the customer wishes to cancel or change the order due to lack of shipping funds Wisteria Lane will assess the 15% restocking fee as stated below in the returns section.

Returns:
We will accept returns that are in NEW CONDITION RESALABLE MERCHANDISE ONLY. Refunds will be sent back in the same form of payment and subject to 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs for return items are paid by the customer. Returns can only be made within 30 days of purchase date.

Please follow these steps for a return:

1. Email Wisteria Lane at info@wisterialane.com with your order number and what you wish to return and if you wish for a UPS pickup or if you wish to handle the return shipping. Wisteria Lane will then email you an authorization number for the return and a UPS Shipping tag if needed.

Defective Items: Occasionally we will have an item with a defect. Please make sure to follow these simple steps to get your product replaced correctly.

Order Damage in Transit: Sometimes an order is damaged in transit to you. Please let us know IMMEDIATELY about the damage so that we can remedy the situation. Please do not use any of the items until we authorize since the shipping company may need to inspect the damage. info@wisterialane.com
