Wisteria Lane Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping Options: 
  • We ship FedEx daily. Orders are processed Monday - Friday within 48 hours.
  • Because we do not ship USPS, we will not process orders placed to a PO Box.
  • For insurance reasons we do not allow pickups from factory. 
  • We do not ship third party or COD.
  • Be advised that our products are often very heavy. We are able to offer Volume Shipments (over 250 lbs of soap or liquids) for discounted rate by independent trucking company. If you would like a quote please email us your physical address and list of products you wish to order info@wisterialane.com.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Sales Tax:
If you have a California resale number, please provide us with a current copy and we will program your account to eliminate your sales tax. You must email us a copy of your California resale permit before you order but AFTER you have registered as a user. Sorry, at this time we do not give refunds if you neglect to give us the information until after your order is submitted.

Decline of Additional Shipping Charge:
Be advised that orders eligible for freight shipping are not charged for shipping at the time of checkout.  Once we receive an order eligible for freight shipping, we will contact you with the freight total and charge your credit card for shipping separately. If you wish to cancel or change the order due to lack of shipping funds Wisteria Lane will assess the 15% restocking fee as stated below in the returns section.

Returns:
We will accept returns that are in NEW CONDITION RESALABLE MERCHANDISE ONLY. Refunds will be sent back in the same form of payment and subject to 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs for return items are paid by the customer. Returns can only be made within 30 days of purchase date.

Please follow these steps for a return:
  1. Email Wisteria Lane at info@wisterialane.com with your order number, what item you wish to return and reason for return.  Wisteria Lane will then contact you with an authorization number for the return and a shipping tag if needed. 
  2. Let us know if there is something wrong with your product.  We will work with you to resolve the issue. 
  3. If your order was damaged in transit let us know IMMEDIATELY about the damage so that we can remedy the situation. Please do not use any of the items until we authorize since the shipping company may need to inspect the damage. If you use the item you will not be eligible for a refund.
